90min Yoga Immersion
Sunday 21st June | 2:30pm - 4pm
This is an intimate yoga class for local women who are seeking a yoga experience where you can really drop in.
This isnβt yoga for βexerciseβ sake. This is the type of yoga where you are guided through a full mind, body and spirit rejuvenation.
For the mums who know they need to carve out some time and space to breathe, but find it impossible to do at home.
Who want to create a monthly anchor that helps them feel sane.
Who want to be part of a like-minded community.
This month we will honour the return of the light through a special Winter Solstice practice.
You will be guided through:
β Gentle yoga β no experience needed
β A breathing practice that brings balance to your mind and body
β Sun Salutation flow to bring balance to our lunar and solar energies
β Long hold poses to bring focus, energy and open up different parts of the body
β A guided heart led meditation
β Space to get still, go inward, and hear yourself think

The swim will take place at roughly 4:45pm with last light around 5:10pm.
Jess Orr (from CORR Pilates and experienced cold water swimmer) will be guiding everyone through some techniques to feel the benefits of the cold water swim before we enter the water.
