Hi, I'm Tash, and this is my story...
For years, I did what looked right on paper. Corporate HR roles. Busy schedules. Constant responsibility.
Becoming a mum added another layer of meaning, and also another layer of pressure. Somewhere along the way, I learned how to cope, perform, and keep going, but I slowly lost touch with my own inner signals. I overrode my intuition in favour of expectations, productivity, and being needed.
Eventually, my body and mind pushed back. Burnout, anxiety, and a quiet but persistent sense of disconnection showed up. Not all at once. Slowly. Subtly. Enough to force a pause.
That pause changed everything.
Coming back to myself
What helped wasn’t a single solution. It was a return. Back to listening. Back to noticing what felt right instead of what looked impressive. Back to values, rhythm, and a way of living that honoured both ambition and wellbeing.
I invested heavily in my growth and mindset. My background in psychology, years in HR, and formal coach training gave me structure.
Yoga and mindfulness brought me back into my body. My Greek heritage and love of Mediterranean living reminded me that life is meant to be lived fully, with rest, connection, food, laughter, and meaning woven into the everyday.
Slowly, I rebuilt trust in my intuition. Decision by decision. Boundary by boundary.
Why I created Nissi Wellness
Nissi Wellness was created for women who feel capable on the outside but disconnected on the inside. Women who are doing a lot, holding a lot, and quietly wondering if there is another way to live and work that feels more sustainable.
I work with women navigating career transitions, motherhood, burnout, and periods of change where old identities no longer fit. Together, we make space to tune back into what you already know, then turn that insight into practical choices you can act on.
This is not about fixing you. It is about helping you hear yourself again and make decisions that align with the life you want to create for yourself.
