2 Hour Yoga Immersion

This is a small, intimate yoga workshop for local mums who are ready to draw a line in the sand.

For the mums who know they need to carve out some time and space to breathe, but find it impossible to do at home.

Who want to create a monthly anchor that helps them feel sane.

Who want to be part of a like-minded community. And who more often than not find themselves wondering... is this it? Is there more?

There is. And it starts with this time to yourself.

Here's what we'll do together:

✔ Gentle yoga — no experience needed

✔ Breathing practices you can use at home

✔ A simple reflection and journaling sheet

✔ Connection with other local mums

✔ Space to get still, go inward, and hear yourself think

✔ A complete energetic reset
