Tash Chapman is a Career & Wellbeing Coach on a mission to support more mums to give up the mum guilt, claim their self-worth and create meaningful lives that they’re proud of.
As a former Corporate HR Leader, certified coach, yoga instructor and mum of three, Tash brings a unique blend of practical life experience along with strategic capability and mindset tools to take you from frazzled mum on autopilot to living each day intentionally and with an appreciation of the joy and beauty in the small moments.
Tash has sat on both sides of this work, supporting women through career decisions in corporate environments, and living the reality of motherhood, burnout, and reassessing ambition herself.
She recognises the tension between the monotony of raising young children and needing to pour into your own cup to create a meaningful life that actually works for your family. Her role is to guide you back to your true self so that you can make aligned decisions that respect both.
Tash now blends work-life with mum-life, living on the VIC Mornington Peninsula with her husband, Jay, and their three beautiful children aged 9, 7 and 2.
